NAWL is proud to be a part of the Coalition for Environmental Rights.
Together, we call on the Senate and the Senate Select Committee to stand up for the rights of communities and families and remove any qualifying language to the right to a healthy environment from Bill S-5, Strengthening Environmental Protection for a Healthier Canada Act.
We urge the Senate to recognize the right to a healthy environment.
