{"id":18573,"date":"2024-10-31T13:56:59","date_gmt":"2024-10-31T17:56:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawl.ca\/?p=18573"},"modified":"2025-06-19T17:57:39","modified_gmt":"2025-06-19T21:57:39","slug":"vers-une-protection-renforcee-des-victimes-de-violence-les-recommandations-de-lanfd-sur-le-projet-de-loi-73-quebec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawl.ca\/fr\/vers-une-protection-renforcee-des-victimes-de-violence-les-recommandations-de-lanfd-sur-le-projet-de-loi-73-quebec\/","title":{"rendered":"Vers une protection renforc\u00e9e des victimes de violence : les recommandations de l\u2019ANFD sur le projet de loi 73 (Qu\u00e9bec)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019ANFD a soumis un m\u00e9moire \u00e0 la Commission des Institutions de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale du Qu\u00e9bec portant sur le projet de loi no 73, <em>Loi visant \u00e0 contrer le partage sans consentement d\u2019images intimes et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la protection et le soutien en mati\u00e8re civile des personnes victimes de violence.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le projet de loi inclut diverses mesures pour aider les victimes de violences sexuelles ou conjugales :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer les protections pour les victimes de partage non consenti d\u2019images intimes, notamment en cr\u00e9ant un processus simplifi\u00e9 pour emp\u00eacher ou faire cesser rapidement le partage d\u2019une image intime<\/li>\n<li>Renforcer l\u2019ordonnance civile de protection, notamment en facilitant son obtention pour les victimes de violence familiale, conjugale ou sexuelle.<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer le syst\u00e8me de justice civil, notamment en permettant des mesures de soutien pour les victimes et en interdisant le recours \u00e0 certains mythes et st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes dans les jugements portant sur des violences sexuelles ou conjugales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L\u2019ANFD appuie ce projet de loi, mais propose quelques mesures pour le bonifier. Nous recommandons notamment d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une ordonnance emp\u00eachant la distribution d\u2019une image intime.
