WHY: Deliver an uproarious message to federal election candidates

In the spirit of the Season, women are “keeping a list” of candidates’ commitment to timely adoption of pay equity legislation. And they’ll be “checking it twice” when they go to the polls on January 23rd! This week, women deliver their festive message to Parliament Hill, replete with holiday songs and accessories.

The Pay Equity Network is made up of women’s equality-seeking organizations including the National Association of Women and the Law, provincial pay equity coalitions and the Canadian Labour Congress. The Pay Equity Network has gathered the support of over 200 women’s groups, unions and equality-seeking organizations.
